This week Sid Philar - who is the Procurement leader at Lucid was involved in a sit-down talk this week at Automotive Logistics and Supply Chain Global Insights.

Philar pointed out that successful logistics partnerships rely on good technology, fair agreements, and clear communication. He said it's important to have regular discussions and feedback about costs and how things are running. Philar also noted that strong leadership is key for these partnerships to succeed. Teams from operations, planning, and IT need to work together for everything to fit well and have standard agreements. He stressed that partnerships should be beneficial for both parties, not just about taking advantage of the supplier.
